CAKE CAKE TIPS

  • You must check the cake during pickup to confirm the order is correct.

  • Once the cake has left our premises, we will no longer be responsible for any damages to the cake.

  • For smaller cakes, hold the cake by the string. For larger cakes, hold the cake with both hands on the bottom of the box.

  • Do not squeeze the side of the cake boxes. This may cause damage to the cake.

  • You must choose the vehicle well while you are returning with the cake. Cars or taxis are preferred.

  • The cake must be placed on the flattest part of your transport. It is best placed on the floorboard. DO NOT put the cake in the trunk and on the car seats.

    • Trunk: It is too hot in the trunk. The cake can also slide, causing damage to the design.

    • Car Seats: Car seats are slanted. It may cause the cake to tip over. Any sudden breaks give the cake a chance to slide and shift.

  • Do not keep any items around the cake box.

  • After picking up the cake, please bring the cake to the venue immediately. Warm buttercream can cause the cake to shift and slide off the board, causing damage to the design.

BASIC STORAGE

  • Cakes are best enjoyed when cooled back to room temperature. Please keep the cake on a flat surface in a well-air-conditioned room (20-22C) at the venue, away from the sun, for up to 6 hrs.

  • Remove the cake 1-2 hours before and allow the cake to return to room temp in the box to avoid condensation.
